Dark Night of the Soul

The journey called the “Dark Night of the Soul” is not a punishment. It is sort of a test to get you to the next level. It’s a way to get in your face, and get you to grow. Sometimes its relationships, money, jobs, housing dramas. The gifts you receive after this journey can almost seem like you’ve won the lottery.

It is a way to get you to release things, jobs, people who are no longer a match to where you are heading. This is not a judgement against those things. It’s about you growing as a person. Sometimes its about the “Shadow Work.” What exactly does that mean? It’s about taking back your personal power and not being a door mat to other people. It’s about respecting boundaries. It’s about not rescuing everyone from themselves.

It’s also about facing your dragons, demons that you’ve created for yourself. This is not about putting yourself in dangerous situations. Although, some people constantly do this and are some how oblivious to the consequences. This is about making peace with yourself. If there are things about yourself that you want to change then here is your opportunity. If there are things that others don’t like about you. You need to decide if you like or don’t like that about yourself. Everyone has a light, grey and dark side to them. This is just who we are as a whole. No one is a saint!

So as you hit rock bottom, take time to reflect and see what areas of your life you’re at peace with? Sometimes these changes come from the result of a divorce. Take responsibility for those things that are yours. The rest, let it go! Things happen to people all the time. It’s not because people are good or bad that stuff happens. So don’t judge yourself or others.

Our Deceased Love Ones

I often have people ask me, how will I know when loved one’s are around me.  One of the things, I notice is that I will smell them. I have psychic smell, so whatever they smelled like when they were alive is usually what they will smell like when they are around you.

I had a client that was coming to see me, that morning before she came I could smell nail polish in my kitchen. The smell was pretty overwhelming. When she came for the reading, I asked her if someone who she knew used to smell like nail polish. She knew immediately, who I was talking about.

I was doing a day job and I suddenly smelled my stepfather’s cologne. It was really strong, and I could smell it all around me. In May, I smelled two scents that my father was known for. It turned out that my father had passed in May. I found this out from my aunt in June,  she was with him in May when he passed.

This is also common with people who are in a Coma, to leave they’re bodies and visit their loved ones. This is one of the reasons it can be very difficult for a psychic medium or medium to know if a person is deceased or not. Both will feel like spirit since in their purist form that is what they are.

Many people will see lights flicker in their house or electrical things act up. This is another sign that deceased loved ones are around. We are made up of electricity in our physical and spiritual form. Some people will feel their loved ones as a warm touch on the back of their shoulder.

Death is never the end, it is just moving into a different dimension or frequency.

Poverty

Poverty is one of the ugliest of human conditions.

It brings out the absolute worst and most ugly things in human beings. It is the button pusher and stressor.

The hopelessness that comes with this condition are heart rendering. It is the bleeding of human emotion of helplessness.

It destroys and shatters the soul and self-esteem.

It is this sense of hopelessness that brings on the darker condition of depression and in some cases suicide.

Poverty makes one feel like a failure in life, because of the pressures of our society. Society thinks that it has the right to judge each and every

human being as a success or failure based on it’s measure of success.

When we fail to live up to that measure, the sense of hopelessness can be so engulfing that it starts to smother the soul.

Is it any wonder that there is more violence and suicide when in this human condition called poverty.

Following the Peace

In 2006, I was tired of the Drama and stressful feelings of working in the corporate world.

Tired of co-workers that didn’t know how to do their jobs properly. Not because they weren’t capable but because no one took the time to train them in properly. Exhausted from the jealousy, when I was nominated for an award for helping a department beat their deadlines.

The childish games that are played in the corporate world can be never-ending.

I started to key into more and more of the peaceful feeling. I made a decision to finally pursue my goal of getting my masters in the paranormal. I started that program in 2007 and knew my life would be changing. I got more and  more at peace. I loved the days that I didn’t have to work. I would dread the days that I knew I would have to return to work.

As I was getting closer to completing my program. My job finally fell away. I felt so at peace.  My former boss was sad to be losing me. Inside I was doing my personal happy dance. I was looking forward to being able to serve my clients more. I have never been this calm and at peace before  in my life

Divorce

There is nothing uglier than the ending of a marriage. It can be very brutal, anything you thought you knew about the person you were married are quickly dispelled.

It’s like a declaration of WAR! The gloves quickly come off and the rules get thrown out the window. If your one of those fortunate to not have had a divorce like that. I say you are truly blessed to have had a divorce that was civilized and without punches. Especially if you have children involved in the divorce process.

Many are not so lucky! If you didn’t have children or pets to fight over in the divorce process you are still lucky even though the process was HELL!

Divorce, brings out the very worst in any human being. It is raw and vulnerable. Divorces that involve children are one of the worst. It’s like watching a boxing match. Very brutal! The casualties are usually the children that are being fought over in the divorce.

This WAR usually does not end with the custody battle. If it did that would be more merciful! No it continues into the Child Support and Parenting Issues. Each parent trying to strike back at the other for imagined or real hurts.

They often lose sight of the child, when they fight over the child support money. The child quickly gets lost in all of this. It’s almost like a game of Chess and the child or children quickly become treated like the inanimate pawns of the game. No thought is ever given to the children when one parent takes a verbal swing at the other in front of that child.

The verbal wounds still draw blood. Maybe you can’t see the blood you’ve drawn, because that child is bleeding inside. These wounds still go very deep. For children that have lived through domestic violence and watched the horror one one parent beating the shit out of the other parent. It magnifies when the other parent threatens to murder the other parent over alimony or child support in front of the child these are only horrors that some can only imagine. For the rest that have lived through it. It makes marriage and divorce look like a living hell!

This is why the Judge, pulls both parents aside and asks them to remember their children; because parenting is a live time it doesn’t end with the Divorce.

Nature

One of the most healing things is nature. It is the best form of meditation. There are messages everywhere.

Pay attention to the insects or animals you see. They all have a message for you. My guides were on me to take a break and to take a walk in nature again. I saw martins, I didn’t even know we had these great little birds in our state.  I stood about three ft away as they balanced on golden rod trying to eat the flowers. There were acorns that crunched under my shoes. I decided to pickup two of the acorns for my faery collection. I also found another acorn that still had its cap attached so I picked that one up as well.

The weather was sunny but not hot. It was the perfect temperature. I got to enjoy the trail as I walked along. I got to lose myself in the walk. This is my perfect time with nature.  I decided to finally stop, when I found a large boulder to sit on. I think I sat there for about 10 min. I enjoyed looking at the mighty large oak trees all around. They created a beautiful canopy.

Finally I decided it was time to go back. On my way back on the trail. A runner had quietly snuck up on me and I jumped when he was about to pass me. It was amazing how quiet and peaceful it was. I had forgotten how much I missed being there.

When was the last time you took time for yourself?

A New Age

I think it’s very interesting that with the Depression we’ve been in since 2001. I am seeing more and more businesses start to crumble. The sheer greed of these share holders is amazing. It reminds me of another time, 1987-88. There was a new mall that had just opened up and it was demanding to hold shares of every store that was renting from them. These businesses agreed never thinking that these share holders would try to see their shares in such a short time causing these a big cascading effect on these businesses. The businesses started to fall like dominoes and the mall was soon having to look for more tenants as these business started to fail.

These were not new small business owners that were unseasoned. These were large businesses. I am seeing the same mistakes being made not only in retail businesses but large billion dollar corporations. Where the share holders are demanding to see their dividends or they’ll walk. FYI in bad economies all businesses put their money back into their businesses not paying out dividends like the share holders have won the lottery.

This is why the small business will start to surge fore-ward like a race horse that’s been held back by its handler so it can finally surge fore-ward ahead of the pack. In the finish line, it will be the small business owner that will win. The know their business from the ground up. They don’t answer to a willful temper tantrum child.

Most of these Organizations don’t fully understand technology and are under utilizing what they need to keep operating. I am starting to see drone people. This is not innovative or creative. When you have robot people, you have a stagnant organization. I’ve seen people who look like the glee club for the organization in their marketing departments. These organizations have become Cults where there people only know the organization. They can not even bring any new or fresh ideas to the table.

Business is so blind to staying alive ahead of its competition that its ignored key data. In the 1920’s it clearly showed that you do not get better results from your employees by working them over 8 hrs a day. You get burnt out and resentful employees that stop caring because you stopped caring about them.

As we get closer to the end of this year we will see more and more obvious mistakes of these large organizations as they start to tumble like dominoes. They’re era is starting to end with more and more people becoming dissatisfied with how they are being treated. When you have robot people, your more likely to have Postal people.

R.I.P large organizations and government will soon follow. This year will start to be the death of structures that trample Peoples civil rights.
