Empaths

I’m writing this because so many people on this planet have no idea they’re an empath. The next time you think your depressed or sad for no reason. You might want to start to shut off the radio and TV. It might just be that these feelings aren’t yours.  What is an empath?

An empath is a person who feels everything around them. If you watched movies and used to start to cry when there were animals or people in them. You might be an empath. 911 is a prime example of being an empath. One year before 911 happened people who are empaths would start to feel terror or anxiety  when they were in cities. It didn’t start to stop until they were in more wooded and park like settings.

That event rolled back through time one year in the midwest areas. If you were in NY and an empath, psychic or a sensitive person you might have felt it sooner. Some people felt that terror energy six years before that event happened. This is just something to think about.

Open Conversations

One of the most delicious things I find is when you have intellectual conversations. The different perspectives, when you can share difference of opinions and ideas. It’s not about talking down to one another. It’s about active listening and allowing the person to explain their perspective without jumping to conclusions and name calling.

It’s about actually hearing our differences without judgement. One of the things I look forward to once a month is the exchange of ideas with each other. Sometimes we get so excited about sharing information or perspectives that we start to talk over each other in our excitement of sharing. It’s not meant to be disrespectful.

It makes it even more interesting when you have people from different walks of life within different parts of your own country or even more when you have different people from different countries. It’s about sharing and not insulting one another. It’s about respecting one another and not teaching hate.

Because of the wide variety of topics that come up within the group. It sometimes feels like we’re going to an all you can eat buffet. It’s sad when the night comes to an end and we have to say our goodbye’s for the night. Until the next time we get together to share our ideas and more conversations. Life is about having moments of enjoyment. Be sure you find the time to play and enjoy conversation with interesting people.

The Veil Is Thinning

The ancestors are coming, to offer their support to their loved ones. This is a very difficult time we are going through right now. It’s a very loving time, when their around. With all of the drama from the media other outside sources that is trying to keep the population in chaos.

This smoke and mirrors game to keep the people off-balance. By taking a step back and disconnecting from the drama. It will allow you to drink in some peace and calmness. This break, will allow you to clear your head and look around and get a different perspective.

It helps to calm your nerves and chakras so you can get back in balance. When we are in a calm and peaceful state. We can flow into the best decisions that match us. This helps us to step off the insanity of our current environment. We stop being a puppet for another person’s amusement. We can finally take back our personal power and our life.

By stepping off the crazy train. We can finally decide which path we want to step onto. No matter which path we take, we will still get to the same destination. Sometimes it’s about just enjoying the journey. Other times its about finding the best path that matches for us.

So take a deep breath and release it. Start breathing again, its your life. Be sure to participate in it. Don’t forget to clean house. Get rid of things that don’t serve you any more. That can be clothing, stuff.  Are the people in your life for you or against you? Life’s to short to be living it for other people. Find out what brings you joy? Start embracing things and people who make you happy. Explore jobs or careers that make you happy.

Just Being

Some people think that meditation, is sitting quietly and going into a meditative state. If your consciously writing, painting or doing any activity with joy. Then you are in fact meditating. It is by being fully conscious that you get in touch with your more spiritual self.

It is about just being in the moment. Not having your mind to race onto the next have to list. It is about enjoying the moment fully and just being. Not many of us know how to fully do that. The best steps to take to get to this point. One must make the time for yourself and consciously disconnect from electronics. Phones, radios, TV, computer. When was the last time you took a break from all electronics. Key into how you feel. Do you start to feel calm?

When we disconnect from all the busy, hectic and crazy schedules we find time to actually catch our breath and enjoy our being and our life more. We are able to enjoy everything in our life more. Next time be sure to schedule some time for yourself. You’ll find that it adds more to all relationships in your life.

Most of us have no idea what it means to relax. Try to schedule at least 24 hours for yourself, if your feeling up to the challenge try to schedule 48 hours for yourself.
