People assume racism is a white thing. Unfortunately nothing could be further from the truth. All cultures can be guilty of racism. Whenever there is segregation, there is racism. All people lose out! This keeps people from having interesting conversation and learning on an intellectual and cultural level. Everyone has something to teach and learn from one another.
Art is another form of communication, math, sciences and music are all a form of communication that crosses all cultures and bridges the gaps in language from culture to culture. The people who are hurt the most by racism is the children. Since the beginning of time there have been explores and conquerors that have intermarried. The results have usually been children to bring those cultures together.
I once visited NY because one of my friends lived there. She was originally from Jamaica. They had pockets of segregation all over. It isn’t just NY a lot of the east coast states have it too. They’ve just become so used to it that they don’t really see it. They might point their finger at some southern states. Saying that that’s where a lot of racism is but that’s not really true. They are both doing the same thing, but its more obvious to those that don’t live there.
It’s like that elephant in the room, either they’ve become used to ignoring it or no one wants to address it. This instigates useless violence against people who haven’t taken the time to get to know each other or try to understand the differences. It’s the 21st Century and we still have not grown as people. I can’t say culture, since the US doesn’t really have a culture. We are composed of lots of subcultures or mix of subcultures.
There is no total norm across all of these subcultures. It’s very unrealistic to assume that everyone should just act that same or think the same. We aren’t a hive mind. There is a lot of manipulation to try to set subcultures against each other. We see a lot of it being manipulated in our media with ads.
Unfortunately, these were the very tactics used by Nazi Germany to incite violence against certain groups and it was very calculated in their WAR play book. When people hate, we all lose. We lose knowledge and growth.
I have had many looking-glass experiences. I was in a drafting class in high school and was looking at the floor plans, when I suddenly had seen a future event. I put that aside for a while. Later I again had another experience with that. I saw someone’s past life relationship and saw that the souls had never grown. They had had the same roles in many life times. Neither of the souls had ever learned and grown.
In both of these of these situations, I was to meet both of these people around the same time. Both of these relationships, were in my life about the same time. Because I’d seen a future events in high school and had past life memories of this person. I kept this person at arm’s length and protected my heart as best I could. I then moved forward with a relationship with the other person. I knew that I was trying to help this soul move forward and become unstuck.
I eventually left this relationship. This time it did move that soul out of the pattern that they had been stuck in for centuries. I encountered another opportunity with the other person again. I even had a dream, where there was a conversation in the dream. Within a week or a month the exact scene in the dream played out. I remember thinking to myself, “What’s my line?” This ended up never going anywhere.
This was the a huge blessing, it gave me the opportunity to finally take the time to get to know myself. Many people flee from getting to know themselves. These are great opportunities to allow yourself to grow as a person. It makes you realize what you want and don’t know. These can be very nurturing experiences. Every person should take the time to have a relationship with themselves. Once you get to know yourself, there is no going back. It is a confidence builder.
Do you hear that rustle and that whisper! Is a part of nature, it’s a part of who you are! It is your birth right. It is what makes those manifestations appear in your life, good or bad. So start to own your power. You are not a victim to life. You are a part of life, so start to own your actions or your lack of actions.
It isn’t a faery tale only told to children. It is something that’s been brain washed out of you. Do you see that rabbit, are you sure it’s only a rabbit? Or is it really a faery dressed in a bunny suit to make you more comfortable with nature. Nature and magick, have all kinds of wonderful things to offer. Those things that go bump in the night, is it spirit or nature or a myth that you’ve been told never existed! Funny how all those Myths are starting to take on a life of their own! Boo!
Thought we were only a fantasy in someone’s mind! Funny how those things are coming running out to the mind and into reality. Are you strong enough in body and mind to face that which is yet to come. I hope so, for reality is about to tap you on the shoulder and say Hi! No this isn’t a joke! It’s time for you to grow up and face fact and stop living in fiction. Your children have more of a grasp on reality than most adults.
Faeries and Nature have been sending messages for quite sometime. Some have paid attention others have dismissed them out of ignorance. Those flocks of birds, the weather changes, animals showing up in your life for no reason. Mysterious messages on your voice mail that go on and on. The signs are all around you if you will only wake up and stop sleep walking.
The truth is about come out like a raging river that won’t end. The thing is? Are you ready to start facing it. After all it’s time to put your big person pants and shoes on. The truth has never been more in your face than ever before. Are you brave enough to face it. After all the truth is that dragons are much more friendlier than you’ve been led to believe. When we face the truth, there can be so much opportunity for growth. It can be scary at first, but you are not alone. You have never been alone and will never be alone. So be brave for you will find that you have more allies than you ever thought.
