Message to Spiritual Practitioners

Dear Spiritual practitioners, when your feeling low and it feels like your hitting road blocks to your spiritual calling. Remember that in everything that you touch, you are putting healing into everything you do.

This is sometimes the most effective way to get you to reach out to the masses. Those corporate gigs that seem to waste your talents are either teaching you something or you are teaching someone else who really needs it. Its the exchange of energy between you.

If you are a healer, remember that everyone that you interact with is some how receiving a healing in the way that they personally need. If your a spiritual counselor, you words are touching a person in the way that they can hear the message that they’re meant to get.

This so called down time that seems to waste our time is actually preparing us for more to come. People that think they don’t need counseling or healing will get it in unexpected ways. When we’re ready to finally fly, we will find that we’ve been doing it all a long; just not in the way we expected.

That food that your preparing or serving to a customer. Now has healthy energy to allow that person to properly heal. It’s never what you think. That’s how life journeys happen and along the way we get healed ourselves too.

The Energy of Plants

Ever wonder what makes your home feel comforting and nurturing. Some people need to be around material things to make them feel more energized. Others need nature. Nothing can make a room feel more relaxed as when you have plants. It’s the nature element, be it rocks or shells. It starts to shift the energy of the room.

When you have stressed out plants, it will start to make the energy in the room feel anxious and stressed. When you take the time to start to listen to your environment you can illiminate some of the problems. Maybe the work situation has too much drama and isn’t relaxing or fulfilling anymore.

When you start to bring this energy home with you the plants, pets and your environment start to mirror the stress. Your home starts to feel uncomfortable and a place you no longer want to stay for long periods.

Move the plants around or add more plants. When your plants start dying you have a huge problem. Even the plants are feeling the stress at this point. Add larger plants to help reduce stress and think about making changes in your life that you have control over.

Being around plants can feel like a nice spa treatment. Making you feel more relaxed, allowing you to sleep better. Flowers are even better, the scent is like a blanket wrapping around your sences. It makes you start to feel warm inside and calming your nerves.

Walking in nature is one of the best ways to relax and take a break from the stresses of life.
