When your health starts making you slow down, it means that you’ve been ignoring all the subtle signs the Universe has been trying to send you. The sign that your on the right or wrong path. That stress that seemed to come right out of the blue? That indigestion that suddenly turned into a heart attack? It can be wrong eating habits. Stress from putting up with an abusive boss or co-worker that acts like Attila the Hun?
Making changes in our personal and work lives can make dramatic improvements to our health. Getting rid of toxic friends or parents can make you have a longer life span. You get zero points in life for putting up with toxic people! Some people have broken bones when they’ve refused to leave a job they hate. What usually happens then is that your employer usually lets you go.
The sooner people pay attention to things going on in their lives the sooner they can take charge. Near misses with car accidents, could mean you should let go of an abusive relationship so that something better can walk thru the door. A lot of people are so close to things that they can’t even look at anything objectively any more. Sometimes if things aren’t working in your life, you might want to take a vacation to take time to reevaluate what is or is not working in your life. It’s sort of like getting rid of clothes that no longer fit you. Your letting go of what isn’t working. If your goal was to get to A or B by this age. Is that goal still relevent? What’s changed? Have you changed? What is the new you? What fits in your new life? What doesn’t ?
People are always changing! This is a good thing, otherwise it would be a very boring existence. The health issues make you slow down to see things more clearly.
