Signs in Dreams

It’s interesting that your guides or angels or source can try to send you messages in your dreams; but the not so fun part is trying to interpret those dreams. It’s almost like one or both of you flunked pictionary. There are so many times that what is obvious for one person can be not obvious for another.

Then you have the dream dictionaries that are supposed to be of help. This can back fire if what was in the dream isn’t listed in your dream dictionary. Then you have to either tear apart the dream or try to remember what it was that you actually saw in your dream and in what order. There are many moments when your thinking to yourself what the hell was that supposed to mean. It can almost seem as though everyone else got the memo but you.

Source has a wicked sense of humor sometimes. It’s almost like all these riddles are supposed to be obvious. Although, usually after the event that we were supposed to pick up the clues on. It really is very obvious, upon reflection! The problem is that we usually get all caught up in our heads and make simple things much more complex than they are?

The written letters are the worst, they zip by so fast that you can’t usually read them! The numbers are even more frustrating? The messages in a foreign language can be another example of a fun time. The best ones of all are when your dream is so real that you have a hard time telling if you are awake or still asleep.

Happy Dream time to you all!

Smoke and Mirrors

One thing I’ve noticed more and more is that it’s becoming fashionable to be racist in America.

Some leaders use it as a shield, they themselves were never a slave but they use it in the argument against another race. They refuse to take an honest look at their life and make the changes to it to become more empowered. If they don’t want to have an employer then create your own business or stair step it until you get to your ideal business.

One fact is that it’s hard for any small business to get loans or funding. Stated income will be your hardest thing to prove to even get the loan. That’s why SBA (Small Business Administration) was created to give them the funding that they need. There are more organizations, it’s just a matter of finding them.

One thing that I’ve noticed is that it’s a circus. There is no such thing as security. Those days are long gone. Our reality is that there is outsourcing. Contractors that work on a project until that project is cut or done. There aren’t that many employees in the Corporations any more. When they retire, they will either be replaced by a contractor or that position won’t be replaced at all.

Corporations are also making a lot of mistakes that will be their demise in the not to distant future. The CEO’s of these companies have never had to create a business. Most of them don’t even know how. They are taught business models. I’m pretty sure they aren’t being taught how to maintain relationships. They have such busy lives that , it’s amazing if they have a personal relationship to come home to.

They think that transparency is a surface thing. Consumers are much more sophisticated than they think. People that are lied to don’t forgive or trust easily. One of the things that is so easy to fix is to improve the machines that they’re using. Listen to they’re employee’s ideas. When you treat your employees and consumers like their disposable. You’ll soon find yourself out of business.

We have a lot of wasted human capital in this country. These people have a lot of experience under their belts that could help these giant corporations save time and money. Hopefully the smaller and middle businesses in this country aren’t so foolish. This will help them grow and stay competitive and out maneuver ¬†these giants.

Right now it feels like all of us are being under valued and over taxed. It definitely doesn’t feel like freedom. It feels like slavery. I do think this country is going through a revolution. Revolutions don’t have to be violent, they can be powerful by making people more aware of their experiences. That doesn’t mean telling them what they’re feeling. The truth has a way of surfacing and the TRUTH is coming out loud and clear every day. It will be more evident in what businesses and organizations survive.
